Over 10 years ago my life changed, life as I knew it would never be the same.  I became a seeker of truth,
knowledge and understanding.  I sought help from a spiritual mentor to help me through.

I became the ‘eternal student’ going through a process of learning what I felt I already knew.
I went on to study many natural healing modalities, Reiki & Pranic Healing, Kundalini Yoga, Holistic Counselling,
Holistic Interior Design, Crystal Shamanism, Scientific Hand Analysis and, more recently, as a
Nationally Recognised Nutritionist and Internationally Certified Results Coach.

Hand Analysis in recent years helped me through my own spiritual crisis.
To understand myself so much better, information around my purpose,
and why I kept feeling that push, to create, to help, to serve and guide.
Helping me understand myself as the empath,
the spiritual teacher, author, coach and an advocate for a cause.
